Peut on utiliser word ou excel sous linux? Bonjour,
Je voudrais passer à Linux mais pour mon travail je dois souvent envoyer des documents word/excel à mes collègues qui eux sont sous windows. Si je passe à Linux, est ce que je pourrais leur envoyer des docs word? Ou alors est-ce qu'ils pourront lire des documents open office que je leur envoie alors qu'ils sont sous windows ?
OpenOffice utilise des fichiers type OD* (ODS, ODT, etc.) illisibles par la suite MS Office.
Pour envoyer vos fichiers à des utilisateurs de Word ou Excel, il faudra faire une version de votre fichier qui soit compatible (.doc pour Word, .xls pour Excel). En général, les incompatibilités sont minimes.
Attention, ils ne pourront PAS lire vos fichiers OpenOffice !
Notez que pour les macro, Excel et OpenOffice utilisent un language basic un peu différent et il faudra faire un petit travail d'adaptation pour passer de l'un à l'autre.
